AdminDB - Construction Project Transmittals

HBC's client develops billon dollar
construction projects. The nature of these projects includes a large flow
of transmittals, requests for information, and visitors. It was necessary
to have a concise, multi-user package for logging this type of
information. This situation was the inspired the development AdminDB.
AdminDB is not a particularly complex database in either schema or user interface design. However, the people who are using it keep it 'alive' on their desktops pretty much all day and manage information pertaining to thousands of transmittals. With AdminDB, information pertaining to transmittals (including sender, recipient, delivery method) is recorded. Reports reflecting this information are generated as desired. AdminDB is set up to log other info specific to the client's needs (such as safety incident logs and weather data). Screen shots: |
