The shot above is really a section of the Inventory appendix which comes after the actual construction document. The construction document is somewhat similar to the bid document. The differences are: it uses actual part catalog numbers and leaves out information that is not useful when installing equipment (cost, operation hours, utility rebate, etc.)

What makes the inventory appendix useful is this: when pallets of equipment are delivered to the job-site, the inventory appendix tells exactly where everything should go, catalog number-by-catalog number.
